A typical project will begin with the following steps.

• Contact OGDE by email or phone.
• Review our Confidentiality Agreement.
• Initial meeting to discuss the provision of basic information and data on potential development.
• OGDE will respond with outline proposal.
• Further telephone/Skype meeting and/or initial introductory meeting.
• Confirm/agree proposal.
• Formalise contract, estimate scope, estimate type, start date, schedule, deliverables, terms and conditions.
• Commence Estimate.
